Refund Policy

• Payments made for software subscriptions, licensing, or services are non-refundable once activated.
• In case of a technical issue for which we are responsible and cannot provide a resolution, a partial or full refund may be initiated after review.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of purchase.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
